A Meditation from Divine Mother
Lord of Light everywhere present. Lord of darkness locked in a hole, a tiny small pinhole amidst the infinitely huge universe of Light...Luminous Bright Light spanning all the different dimensions of Being. Get the picture? Fine. Take it and run with it. Let it in deeper and deeper!
Why stay limited to the person you perceive yourself to be? Affirm your divinity and meditate on your expansiveness, your omnipresent reality behind the illusion that you appear to be stuck in now.
Let’s experiment: Go into meditation with eyes closed. Imagine you are in a sphere of brilliant white Light. Next, imagine you are the sphere of brilliant white Light. Then imagine you are growing larger and larger. You encompass your home, your community, your city, your state, your country, your planet. As the planet Earth, see yourself as that huge beautiful Being of blue oceans, white clouds, green trees, grass, and plants. You are this vast being, floating in space. Feel your Oneness with all humans, all animals, all life on this, your beautiful planet, Earth.
Next, expand your body still larger to include the other planets of our solar system. Focus in on our sun. This great vast Being we know to be our sun is also a part of who you are. Think of how powerful this Being is, whose life giving Rays continually bathe our planet from 93,000,000 miles away!
Now that you’ve expanded your self to include our Sun and all the planets in our solar system, prepare to expand even more! Just as our Sun dwarfs our planet in size, there are stars within our own galaxy that dwarf the size of our Sun. Keeping that in mind, expand outward even more until you are the size of the Milky Way, some 100,000 light years in diameter. Your body at this stage contains many billions of stars!
Now its time to expand further; to embrace and include all other galaxies in the physical universe into yourself. You are now a Great Cosmic Being! Let your imagination run free with this visualization of who you are!
Take a jump and now encompass the Astral Universe, with all its dimensions beyond the physical universe. In this world of Spirit, colors are more intense & beautiful. Beings travel at the speed of thought, with many different planets and planes of existence, even larger than our Physical Universe. Now it is another dimension of Your Immense Being!
Go beyond even the Astral World and leap into the Causal Universe. Finally, you realize you can stop, because everything is inside of your Vast Being. You are imagining your Future Evolutionary Self. You are connecting with who you will be then, in this present moment: The Transcendant Love, the Power, the Light, the Inclusiveness of All That Is…within your own Being! Taste that Realization you experience as an Unlimited Being of Love & Light, and then come back to the now with the flavor of that Realization still in your mouth!
