This board addresses the unique health issues and challenges that all families face in these times. We will explore ways in which we can address these health issues by using herbs, nutrition, vegetarian diet, stress reduction techniques, naturopathic medicine, supplements, spiritual practices, creativity, energy medicine and Active Love to reduce illness and create emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health for the whole family.

This board is used as a means by which we can explore the connection between the Evolution of Consciousness, World Events, and the Great Dissolution of 2012. We will explore the unprecedented world events that are now unfolding in our daily lives, and try to understand how it will all play out, why it is happening now and how to deal with the massive changes that we are being faced with. We will examine our own reactions to our changing world, and explore how to find the inner strength, courage, wisdom, compassion and inner peace necessary to cope with these immense challenges we are being asked to overcome, and more importantly, how may we come together in Unity & Love, so that we can transform ourselves and our world.
